I love to create fire!
I love roasted food, barbecued, charred, smokey. Beef pork and poultry, to delicate local fish…Honestly, there is also nothing better than grilled roasted veggies.Sauces that stand out, creamy, spicy, sour pops to makes food come to life.I love creating healthy bright colors in all my dishes with balanced robust flavors. I’m experienced in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine as well as good ol’ home-cookin'.
